  1. Love your book EGG. Do you ever talk/demo at food festivals? We are celebrating British Egg Week by celebrating hens and eggs at Powderham Food Festival in Devon. Supporting British Hen Welfare Trust and having fun.

  2. Dear Blanche,

First of all, many thanks for wanting to share your valuable cooking experience. My boyfriend got me your book “In one pot” a year ago and since them I have cooked most of the recipes from it (many, many times! ). I love your book because it’s uncomplicated, has both basic and extravagant recipes which are fast, fresh, beautiful to the eye and addictive to the palates. Your book has been extremely useful and inspirational for me and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to cook simple, nutritious and well-flavoured. My favourite recipe is by far the penne with cherries and ricotta, the dahl, the beef meatball, the aubergine with the chickpeas and the rhubarb fool – ops, I guess there is more than one recipe that is my favourite. I am looking forward to buying your new book. I am sure it will be a eggsellent!

    Greetings from Germany,

    • Dear Maria,

How lovely to get your message and thank you! I am always so pleased to hear of people being inspired by and using my book – after all, those are who I wrote it for.
Do let me know how you get on with EGG, I really look forward to hearing your comments.
      All best,
